This traditional festival is held to honour the great fiddle player, Michael Coleman, who was born in Knockgrania, Killavil in 1891 and died in New York in 1945.
The Coleman Festival will run for four nights at Ceoláras Coleman, Gurteen, the emphasis being on traditional music, songs, dancing and audience participation
